Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations of most appointments. For appointments exceeding 2 hours, including color services and extension services, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is necessary. Cancellations made outside these notice periods will incur a charge of 50% the total scheduled service cost. in the event of no-show, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.
